How do I pay for my order?
We offer Cash on Delivery. Place your order, then pay in cash to the delivery rider when your parcel arrives at your door. No advance payment is needed.
Why did I get a WhatsApp message after ordering?
We confirm every order on WhatsApp before it is dispatched. Please reply to the message to confirm your order, size and address, and we will send your parcel out.
How long will delivery take?
Standard shipping is free and usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver all over Pakistan, right to your door.
Who delivers my order?
Your parcel is delivered by PostEx. If you have any question about your delivery, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
How do I choose the right size?
Choose the waist size you normally wear in jeans. Our sizes include 30, 32, 34 and 36. Not sure which one fits you? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will help you pick.
Where do I choose the colour?
Each colour has its own product page. Open the colour you like from the collection (Olive Green, Black, Navy, Dark Grey, Camel, Off White, Silver, Chocolate Brown or Skin colour), then pick your size and order.
Will the colour look the same as the photos?
The photos are of the actual jeans. Screens vary a little, so a shade can look slightly different on your phone.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive your parcel and tell us what is wrong. We will help you sort it out.
